The subject matter of the contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions apply to the service operated by the Service Provider <a href=\"https:\/\/ujbudakonyveles.hu\/en\/\">www.ujbudakonyveles.hu<\/a> These terms and conditions apply to the ordering and use of the services available on the website, as well as the digital content sold in the online shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider offers the following services and products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Accountancy services<\/strong> \u2013 comprehensive accountancy and payroll services for sole traders and companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Online accounting service<\/strong> \u2013 an accountancy service based on electronic administration and online communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales of e-books<\/strong> \u2013 the sale of specialist and informational publications available in digital format.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E-books can be purchased directly via the online shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of accounting and online accounting services is subject to individual arrangements and, where necessary, a separate contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of the paid service shall commence following payment of the fee or, in the case of online credit card payment, following confirmation of successful payment, unless the parties agree otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-3-az-e-konyvek-megrendelesenek-folyamata\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. The process for ordering e-books<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Customer selects the e-book they wish to purchase from the online shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer adds the selected product to their basket and then, on the checkout page, provides the details required to fulfil the order and issue the invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer selects one of the available payment methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For online credit card payments, the payment is processed via the Barion system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online credit card and other payment methods are processed via the Barion system. Credit card and other payment details are not disclosed to the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., the provider of this service, is an institution supervised by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank; its licence number is H-EN-I-1064\/2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before submitting an order, the Customer shall familiarise themselves with and accept these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When purchasing an e-book, the Customer expressly consents, by ticking a separate box on the checkout page, to the Service Provider commencing the supply of the digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, following successful payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the Customer expressly acknowledges that, once the supply of the digital content has commenced, they will lose their 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the order has been submitted and payment has been successfully processed, the Service Provider will confirm the order electronically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the e-book will be granted automatically following successful payment, or within one working day at the latest.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-4-a-szolgaltatasok-reszletes-leirasa-es-teljesitesi-feltetelei\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Detailed description of the Services and the terms and conditions of their provision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-4-1-konyvelesi-szolgaltatasok-es-berszamfejtes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1. Accounting services and payroll processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Description:<\/strong><br>Accountancy services for sole traders, companies and other clients, which may include, amongst other things, bookkeeping, payroll processing and related administrative tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Deadline:<\/strong><br>The date on which the service is to commence and be performed shall be agreed upon individually by the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method of fulfilment:<\/strong><br>Contact in person or electronically, or the handover of documents in a manner agreed by the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-4-2-online-konyvelesi-szolgaltatas\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2. Online accounting service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Description:<\/strong><br>An accounting service based on electronic administration, digital document management and online communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Deadline:<\/strong><br>In accordance with the timetable agreed in advance by the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method of fulfilment:<\/strong><br>Remote bookkeeping, digital document submission, electronic communication and online consultations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-4-3-e-konyvek-ertekesitese\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3. Sale of e-books<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Description:<\/strong><br>The sale of professional, educational or informational publications produced in digital form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Average completion time:<\/strong><br>Immediately after successful payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Latest deadline for completion:<\/strong><br>Within 1 working day of successful payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method of fulfilment:<\/strong><br>Via electronic means, such as a download link sent by email, the download option provided on the website, or other forms of electronic access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The e-book will not be delivered on a physical data carrier or by post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-5-fizetesi-feltetelek\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Terms of payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following payment methods may be available on the website:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-banki-atutalas\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bank transfer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, they shall make the payment to the bank account number provided by the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a payment notice is issued, the deadline for payment is the date stated on the notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-online-bankkartyas-fizetes-barion\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online credit card payments \u2013 Barion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online shop offers the option of paying by credit card via the Barion system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online credit card and other payment methods are processed via the Barion system. Credit card and other payment details are not shared with the merchant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service provider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Barion Payment Ltd.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution subject to supervision by the Hungarian National Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Licence number:<\/strong> H-EN-I-1064\/2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following successful payment, the Service Provider will issue an invoice in accordance with the relevant legislation and send it to the Customer electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invoicing can be carried out via the Billingo system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-6-elallasi-es-felmondasi-jog\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Right of withdrawal and termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-6-1-altalanos-szabalyok\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1. General rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of a contract concluded at a distance, a Buyer who is classified as a consumer is, as a general rule, entitled to the right of withdrawal as set out in Government Decree No. 45\/2014 (II. 26.), or, in the case of a service contract, the right to terminate the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the legislation provides for exceptions to the 14-day right of withdrawal or termination in certain specified cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-6-2-e-konyvekre-vonatkozo-elallasi-jog\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2. Right of withdrawal in respect of e-books<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An e-book is classified as digital content not provided on a physical medium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Section 29(1)(m) of Government Decree No. 45\/2014. (26 February) pursuant to Section 29(1)(m) of Government Decree No. 45\/2014, a consumer may not exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal in respect of digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>performance commences with the consumer\u2019s express, prior consent before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the same time as giving their consent, the consumer expressly acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accordingly, when purchasing the e-book, the Customer must, on the checkout page, tick a specific box to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that they forfeit their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tick box must not be ticked by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provided that the Customer gives the necessary consent and makes the necessary declaration, and the Service Provider grants access to the e-book, the Customer may not withdraw from the purchase of the e-book by invoking their 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has commenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This does not affect the Customer\u2019s rights under the relevant legislation in the event of defective performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-6-3-konyvelesi-szolgaltatasok\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.3. Accounting services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of bookkeeping and online bookkeeping services, the consumer\u2019s right of withdrawal or termination is governed by the legislation in force at any given time and by the provisions of the specific contract concluded between the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the consumer expressly requests that the provision of the service commence before the expiry of the 14-day period, and subsequently terminates the contract before performance is completed, they may be obliged to pay a fee proportionate to the service provided up to the date of notification of termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-7-hibas-teljesites-es-felelosseg\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Defective performance and liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider is obliged to perform its obligations in accordance with the provisions of the contract, the product description and the relevant legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of digital content, the Service Provider is obliged to ensure that the Customer can access the purchased e-book in the specified manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Customer is unable to download or access the purchased e-book due to a technical fault, they must notify the Service Provider of this at <a href=\"mailto:info@ujbudakonyveles.hu\">info@ujbudakonyveles.hu<\/a> at the following email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following an investigation into the problem, the Service Provider will, if necessary, restore access to the e-book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider shall not be liable for any errors or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer, or from technical problems arising within the Customer\u2019s sphere of control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These provisions do not restrict the Buyer\u2019s right to exercise the warranty rights and other consumer rights to which they are entitled under the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-8-panaszkezeles-es-bekelteto-testulet\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Complaints handling and the conciliation board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer may submit any complaints regarding the products, services or the Service Provider\u2019s activities using the contact details below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:info@ujbudakonyveles.hu\">info@ujbudakonyveles.hu<\/a><br><strong>Telephone:<\/strong> +36 70 596 7994<br><strong>Postal address:<\/strong> 23 Bart\u00f3k B\u00e9la \u00fat, Budapest 1114.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider shall investigate the written complaint in accordance with the relevant consumer protection legislation and shall respond to it in writing within 30 days at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the complaint is rejected, the Service Provider shall inform the consumer of the available options for further redress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer is entitled to refer the matter to a conciliation body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conciliation body with jurisdiction over the Service Provider\u2019s registered office:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Budapest Conciliation Board<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Registered office:<\/strong> 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99, 3rd floor, room 310.<br><strong>Postal address:<\/strong> 1253 Budapest, PO Box 10.<br><strong>Telephone:<\/strong> +36 1 488 2131<br><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu\">bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu<\/a><br><strong>Website:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/bekeltet.bkik.hu\">https:\/\/bekeltet.bkik.hu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of the conciliation body is to facilitate the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes between consumers and businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-9-adatkezeles\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Data processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When processing personal data, the Service Provider acts in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at any given time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The detailed rules governing the processing of personal data are available separately on the website <strong>Privacy Notice<\/strong> contains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailed rules regarding data processing in connection with the use of the Barion payment service are set out in Barion\u2019s own privacy notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-10-zaro-rendelkezesek\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Final provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 27 July 2026 and shall remain in force for an indefinite period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider is entitled to amend these General Terms and Conditions within the framework of the relevant legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amended General Terms and Conditions shall come into force upon publication on the website and shall apply to contracts concluded after they come into force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contracts entered into previously shall be governed by the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time the contract was concluded, unless otherwise provided for by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government Decree No. 45\/2014 (26 February) on the detailed rules governing contracts between consumers and businesses,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the legislation currently in force relating to electronic commerce services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and the provisions in force at any given time relating to the provision of digital content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hat\u00e1lyos: 2026.07.27-t\u0151l 1.
