Handling data protection incidents<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-9-1-incidens-bejelentese-a-hatosagoknak-72-oras-szabaly\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-global-color-19-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-33\">9.1. Reporting incidents to the authorities (72-hour rule)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a data breach, the Data Controller shall report it to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) without undue delay and, where possible, within 72 hours at the latest, unless it is likely that there is no risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-9-2-erintettek-tajekoztatasa-magas-kockazat-eseten\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-global-color-19-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-34\">9.2.
